Terms of Use

These terms cover the NARANI website, Windows app, trial, and paid license. Operator: otacosystem (syncpleadmin@gmail.com). Checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy; their buyer terms apply to payment, invoices, and tax.

The software

NARANI is proprietary. We license it; we do not sell you the source. You may install the official build on Windows machines you control. Open-source libraries bundled with the installer stay under their own licenses — see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in the install folder.

Trial

The trial includes the full feature set for 72 hours of accumulated playback time (while video is playing — not 72 days from install, and not calendar days sitting idle). When that budget is used up, playback locks until you activate a license. Uninstalling or resetting files does not restart the trial.

Paid license

Refunds

Use the full trial on your real displays before you buy — 72 hours of accumulated playback with every feature unlocked.

Email syncpleadmin@gmail.com with your order details. Checkout and payment refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Mandatory consumer cooling-off rights in your country (if any) still apply, including Lemon Squeezy’s checkout disclosures for digital goods.

Your content & acceptable use

You are responsible for the videos you play and for having the rights to show them. Do not reverse engineer except where the law allows, do not share license keys, and do not run unofficial Setup files. Download only from this site or the official Download trial button.

Windows warnings

New publishers often see Microsoft SmartScreen or browser blocks on first download. That is not a license to bypass security on random copies from the internet. Only continue if the file came from narani.pages.dev (or the official Admin download link) and the SHA256 on this site matches.

Disclaimer

NARANI is provided for venue and kiosk playback “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular exhibit, or that every codec will decode on every GPU. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost revenue, show downtime, or damaged media. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited (including death or personal injury from negligence, or fraud).

Changes & law

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms for later use. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away mandatory consumer protections where you live.
